Los Angeles, CA, Sept. 20—Blue Room Drama Films has completed production of the feature film "The Dreamless," a supernatural thriller.
Written and directed by Brian Metcalf, "The Dreamless" stars Eric Etebari ("Witchblade," "2Fast2Furious," "Cellular") and marks Metcalf’s debut as a feature film director. Metcalf and Etebari (who co-founded Blue Room Drama) produced in association with Ratio Pictures, Etebari Enterprises and B1 Films.

Metcalf previously directed the award-winning short film "Sorrows Lost" and was the visual effects supervisor on the History Channel’s "The Egyptian Book of the Dead," and "LADJ." He has worked as a digital artist on "The Passion of the Christ" and a 3D supervisor on such interactive, multimedia titles as "The Lion King," "The Cat in the Hat," "Pitch Black" and "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire."

Etebari is best known for his role as Ian Nottingham on the T.N.T. series "Witchblade." He currently co-stars on My Network’s "American Heiress" and just wrapped the upcoming feature, "Bare Knuckles."

"The Dreamless" tells the story of ancient, immortal spell-casters who once ruled over mankind, pursuing their own selfish and cruel ends, only to be overthrown and the remaining survivors forced to disappear into legend. A powerful amulet, protected by a spell that keeps any immortal from touching it, and a prophecy about a mortal man who will vanquish the last of the spellcasters when they reappear to claim the amulet, all culminate in an apocalyptic struggle for the survival of humanity. Along the way, the hero learns the true reason why his family was murdered and exacts a vengeance that imperils his very soul.

The film co-stars Kirk Baltz, ("Reservoir Dogs," "Face Off," "Bulworth"), David Chokachi ("Baywatch," "Witchblade," "Beyond the Break"), Anthony Cistaro ("Witchblade," "Angel," "Friends") and Lazar Rockwood ("Witchblade," "Friday the 13th, the series").

"The Dreamless" features original music by Nathaniel Levisay and the song "Money Shot" by Helmet. Helmet's music video "Money Shot" recently won a Telly Award for the music video category. Other bands include Egostatic and UK's Olivia Broadfield.
Executive producers are Bruce Rady, Mark Murphy and Brian Johnson. International rights have been secured through London based theatrical sales agent, Aspect Film Limited.
